The water from the garage is pumped out. A water softener has been installed in the technical room.

The wood-fired heating (hot water and sanitary facilities) comes from the Services Industriels. The SPA is underfloor heated and the conference rooms have independent ventilation.

A heating system is also installed in the ski room for shoes, in the individual lockers whose wood has been treated in thermo-lacquer.
